Toronto, Ontario, Canada, April 2025 – Jennifer Bouyoukos has joined PureFacts Financial Solutions as Chief People Officer, taking the helm of global HR and organizational transformation for the high-growth, private equity-backed WealthTech company. In her new role, she will lead the design and execution of global people strategies that support the firm’s aggressive scale-up plans, talent development, and cultural evolution across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Prior to this, Jennifer served as Chief People Officer at Bench Accounting, where she played a pivotal role in its acquisition by Employer.com. She helped drive organizational transformation and led the People, Legal, and Compliance teams, increasing ARR per employee by over 35% and closing a successful acquisition deal within 48 hours of initiation.
Jennifer was the Founder of Full Stack HR Inc., where she served as a trusted HR advisor to PE firms and CEOs in technology and emerging industries. She helped scale HR infrastructure and strategy for tech and SaaS firms globally, including work on M&A, DEI, and leadership coaching.
Earlier in her career, she was EVP & CHRO at Entertainment One (eOne), later acquired by Hasbro, where she led global HR for film, TV, and animation studios across LA, London, and Dublin. She also held key roles including VP HR at Altus Group, Head of Global Talent Strategies at RBC, and Chief People Officer at Rakuten Kobo, demonstrating her long-standing expertise in scaling HR strategy across high-growth and transformation environments.
