Campbell River, British Columbia, Canada, March 2025 – Steve Marshall Group has announced the appointment of Jennifer Llewellyn as the new Director, People & Culture, bringing with her over 15 years of rich human resources experience across a range of industries and organizations.
Jennifer joins Steve Marshall Group after a meaningful tenure at CityWest, where she served as Acting HR Manager and Human Resources Specialist for over two years. During her time there, she played a vital role in building people-focused strategies and hybrid work policies that supported the organization’s growth and cultural evolution.

Prior to CityWest, Jennifer was the Human Resources Manager at Fuerste Vaccination Services, where she was the sole HR representative at the leading aquaculture vaccination company in North America. Her responsibilities included everything from full-cycle recruiting and policy development to employee engagement, payroll, and building HR systems from the ground up. She also held roles as HR & Payroll Generalist and Coordinator within the same organization.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer served as HR Specialist at Eminence Organic Skin Care, and spent more than seven years as Human Resource Coordinator at MPA Society, a non-profit mental health services provider. In both roles, she managed broad HR portfolios that included recruitment, training, benefits administration, and compliance.
