Washington, D.C., United States, March 2025 – Agile Defense, a leader in advanced digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data analytics solutions for national security and civilian missions, has announced the appointment of Jennifer Martin as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. In her new role, she will be responsible for shaping and executing Agile Defense’s talent strategy to support its growth across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Martin brings over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and program analysis within federal and defense environments. She joins Agile Defense from IntelliBridge, where she held multiple leadership positions over five years, most recently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition, leading end-to-end recruitment operations and aligning talent solutions with client missions.
Previously, she was with IntelliWare Systems for nearly 12 years in roles including Recruiting Manager, FSO, and Business Analyst, where she developed recruitment strategies and provided analytical support to the U.S. Marshals Service. Earlier, she served as a Consultant in Washington, D.C., supporting program oversight and executive communication in a federal intelligence environment.
Martin began her career in administration and security operations as Office Manager/FSO in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Her proven experience across recruiting, federal compliance, and intelligence community collaboration makes her a valuable asset to Agile Defense’s mission-focused growth.
