New York, United States, March 2025 – Jemima Lefevre has been appointed as Vice President, People Advisory at Teneo. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading strategic talent advisory services, executive search, and leadership development, working closely with CEOs and senior executives to help organizations navigate complex workforce challenges.
Lefevre has been with Teneo for nearly six years, previously serving as Executive Recruiter, People Advisory. In this role, she played a key part in delivering executive search solutions, helping organizations attract and retain top-tier leadership talent. Before that, she was Talent Acquisition Partner, where she provided strategic hiring solutions across key markets in London and New York, supporting business growth through effective workforce planning.
Prior to Teneo, she spent six months at Bain & Company as part of the Talent Acquisition (MBA Recruitment) team, where she focused on attracting high-caliber candidates for consulting roles. Before that, she served as Recruitment and Service Delivery Manager at Telstra Purple, where she was responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, working with IT services firms to enhance workforce strategies.
Earlier in her career, Lefevre worked as Recruitment and Operations Manager at Powder Byrne International, overseeing talent acquisition and operational management for luxury hospitality services in Switzerland, Austria, and Italy. She also served as HR and Overseas Operations Manager at Ski Val Ltd, where she led HR initiatives across multiple international locations, focusing on talent development and employee experience.
