Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States, September 2024 – Jennifer Mogren has been appointed as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Starkey Hearing, a global leader in hearing technology. In her new role, Jennifer will lead the Starkey and Audibel Talent Acquisition Teams, focusing on business performance, development, and strategic partnerships to enhance both candidate and manager experiences across business lines.
Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and leadership roles. Prior to her current role, she served as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Starkey Hearing for nearly three years. During her tenure, Jennifer played a pivotal role in shaping Starkey’s talent acquisition strategy, working cross-functionally to build the Starkey brand, lead a team of 10, and implement processes that improved recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
Before joining Starkey, Jennifer held the position of Sr. Technical Recruiter at HealthEast Care System/Fairview Health Services, where she specialized in recruiting for IT and other corporate roles. She also contributed to process improvement initiatives, such as streamlining shared services recruitment processes. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Sr. Business Development and Technical Recruiter at AwesomeDudes, and as a Sr. Recruiter at RBC Wealth Management, where she managed full-cycle recruitment for IT and finance roles across various departments.
Jennifer’s extensive experience also includes technical recruiting roles at Medtronic, where she implemented a diversity recruiting strategy and led cross-functional teams to enhance recruiting practices.
