Detroit, Michigan, United States, April 2025 – Jennifer Rickard has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at RESRG Automotive, a newly formed global powerhouse in coated exterior systems and components, created through the combination of REHAU Automotive and SRG Global. In this role, Jennifer will lead HR transformation across a complex multinational footprint and play a key role in shaping the people strategy during a pivotal time of integration and growth.
Jennifer brings over two decades of HR leadership experience in the automotive and industrial manufacturing sectors. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources – Performance Solutions at Tenneco, where she led people strategies supporting global business performance and cultural transformation. Prior to Tenneco, she worked with Aptiv as Director of Executive Search & Integration, contributing to senior leadership hiring and seamless integration during strategic transitions.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer held several high-impact HR leadership roles at Delphi, including Divisional Director of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness, Global Director of HR – Connection Systems, and Regional Director for the Americas, where she was based across the U.S., France, and Luxembourg. These roles saw her lead talent strategies across multiple geographies and business lines during significant global expansion.
Jennifer also spent over seven years with FCI Automotive, where she progressed from Manager of Corporate Recruitment to Senior Human Resources Manager, and finally to Regional Director, Human Resources – Americas, driving strategic HR initiatives across the automotive value chain.
