Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States, July 2024 – Jeremiah Mono has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at Insurcomm. In his new role, Jeremiah will be responsible for leading people initiatives and strategies across the organization, bringing his extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, and strategic human resources leadership to the company.
Jeremiah Mono joins Insurcomm from ASC Engineered Solutions, where he served as Vice President, Human Resources. During his tenure at ASC Engineered Solutions, Jeremiah managed human resources functions for a company with over 1,800 employees, spanning multiple manufacturing and regional distribution locations across the US. His responsibilities included overseeing mergers and acquisitions, strategic workforce planning, and employee relations.
Before ASC Engineered Solutions, Jeremiah held the position of Director Of Human Resources at PAUL USA and Harpoon Brewery. At Harpoon Brewery, he contributed significantly to the company’s HR functions, managing operations at both the Boston, Massachusetts, and Windsor, Vermont locations.
Jeremiah’s career also includes a long tenure at WinnCompanies as Human Resources Manager, where he was instrumental in developing and managing HR strategies for over 3,000 employees across 250 locations. Additionally, he served as a Personnel Sergeant in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard.
