Kolkata, West Bengal, India, July 2024 – Sushmita Choudhury has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer (CPO) at Marble Box. In her new role, Sushmita will lead the People Strategy at Marble Box, focusing on scaling the Human Resources Organisation. She looks forward to driving strategic initiatives that boost operational efficiency and employee experience, ensuring that Marble Box attracts and retains top talent to support its continued growth trajectory.
Sushmita Choudhury joins Marble Box from Pinnacle Infotech, where she served as the Global Head HR People & Culture. During her tenure at Pinnacle Infotech, she was instrumental in aligning people process systems and driving cultural change to support the company’s growth.
Before Pinnacle Infotech, Sushmita worked as a Senior People Consultant on a freelance basis, providing talent, L&D, and OD consulting to lead organizational change for various sectors, including media, engineering, consulting, FMCG, and manufacturing.
Her previous experience includes serving as the HR Specialist for the regional HR division of Harsco Rail in India, where she reported to both the Managing Director and the Global HR head. She has also held roles as HR Business Partner at Voith Paper India, Senior Executive Human Resources at Foster Wheeler, and Management Trainee at Tata Elxsi.
