London, United Kingdom / Sofia, Bulgaria, July 2026 — Noventiq has appointed Sashka Cholakova as Global Leadership & Engagement Lead, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening leadership capability, employee engagement, organizational culture, and people development across its global operations. In her new role, Sashka will lead global leadership and engagement initiatives, helping cultivate high-performing teams, strengthen organizational culture, and support Noventiq’s continued international growth across its operations in nearly 60 countries.
Sashka joins Noventiq with more than 15 years of international experience spanning leadership development, employee engagement, inclusion, organizational transformation, learning and development, and culture transformation. Alongside her new role, she continues to serve as Transformation & Culture Method Lead at Awakenomy, where she supports organizations in designing transformational leadership, culture, and organizational development frameworks.
Most recently, Sashka served as Training & People Development Manager at HORAteka, where she led people capability initiatives, learning strategies, and organizational development programs designed to strengthen employee growth and leadership effectiveness.
Earlier, she was Global Human Resources Lead – Inclusion at Atos, leading global diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives while helping build inclusive leadership capabilities across the organization. Prior to Atos, Sashka spent more than 10 years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where she progressively advanced through leadership roles including Global Program Manager – Inclusion and Employee Development, Engagement & Communications Expert. During her tenure, she led global employee engagement strategies, inclusion programs, leadership initiatives, internal communications, and workforce development efforts across international teams.
She began her professional journey in marketing, event management, hospitality, and franchise operations, gaining valuable experience at Programata Media Group and HMSHost before transitioning into global people and culture leadership.
Across her career, Sashka has developed expertise in Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Inclusion & Diversity, Change Management, Culture Transformation, Learning & Development, Leadership Programs, Talent Development, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, Organizational Design, People Strategy, Project Management, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, and Global Workforce Development.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from New Bulgarian University and has completed specialized studies in Diversity & Inclusion at Cornell University, further strengthening her expertise in inclusive leadership and organizational development.
