London, United Kingdom, July 2024 – Monita Henson has been promoted to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Ascertus Limited. In this new role, Monita will lead the company’s human resources strategies and operations, focusing on enhancing employee experience, talent development, and organizational efficiency.
Monita Henson has been with Ascertus Limited for nearly five years. She initially joined as the HR & Administration Manager, where she was responsible for overseeing HR policies and administrative functions. Her effective management and strategic initiatives led to her promotion as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Before her tenure at Ascertus, Monita served as a Consultant and in Executive Search at Alderwick Consulting, where she specialized in recruiting for C-suite and key management roles for major corporations and growing SMEs. Her experience in global executive search helped numerous companies achieve diversity and cultural fit in their leadership teams.
Monita also held the position of Administration Officer / Company Secretary at Anchura Partners Services Ltd, a consulting firm for banks and financial institutions. In her role, she established key administrative processes and supported strategic initiatives for the firm.
Earlier in her career, Monita worked at Barclays Wealth as a Director & Business Manager for Global Research & Investments, and as a Director at Ambata Capital Partners, focusing on cleantech investments in the Middle East and Africa. She also gained extensive experience in strategic relationship management and administration during her tenure as Vice President at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.
