New Jersey, United States, July 2024 – Rob S. has been promoted to the position of Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at Aucera. In this new role, Rob will oversee the company’s human resources strategies and initiatives, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention to support Aucera’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Rob S. has been with Aucera for over eight years. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where he played a critical role in shaping the company’s HR policies and programs. His leadership has been pivotal in fostering a positive work environment and driving employee engagement across the organization.
Before joining Aucera, Rob had an extensive career at DialAmerica, spanning nearly 24 years. He held various leadership roles, including Sr. Vice President of Contact Center Operations, where he was responsible for overseeing multiple operational divisions and industries such as consumer-to-consumer, business-to-consumer, non-profit, financial, and telecommunications. Rob’s tenure at DialAmerica also included roles as Vice President Operations, Sales Director, Manager of Branch Development, Branch Manager, Program Manager, and Assistant Branch Manager. His diverse experience and proven track record in operations and human resources have equipped him with a deep understanding of the contact center industry.
