Chicago, Illinois, United States, February 2026 — Bob Gerard has stepped into the role of Executive Director at JPMorganChase, bringing decades of experience in learning innovation, talent development, and organizational transformation to the global financial institution.
In his new position, Bob will bring the art and science of learning into the corporate arena, strengthening enterprise learning strategy and driving impactful talent development initiatives. Based in Chicago, he will contribute to advancing learning innovation within one of the world’s most established financial institutions.
Prior to joining JPMorganChase, Bob served as Learning Ingenuity Lead at Accenture, where he led forward-thinking learning strategies and innovation initiatives. He also served as Learning Lead for Industry X and Senior Manager, Talent Research and Innovation, driving research-driven learning design and transformation. Earlier at Accenture, he held roles including Learning Architect and Director, Talent Development Employee Experience, shaping leadership development programs and global onboarding strategies.
Bob also served as Senior Manager, Talent Development at Riot Games, contributing to talent growth in the fast-paced gaming and technology sector. His earlier career includes over a decade in learning and training leadership at Accenture and its predecessor Andersen Consulting, where he built foundational expertise in training management and employee experience.
In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Bob is Co-Host of The Learning Geeks podcast, reflecting his ongoing passion for the evolving world of learning, innovation, and talent development.
With more than three decades of experience across consulting, technology, gaming, and financial services, Bob Gerard brings deep expertise in learning architecture, leadership development, research-driven innovation, and enterprise talent strategy to his new role at JPMorganChase.
