Hyderabad, Telangana, India, November 2025 — Dr. Sagar A K has been appointed as Director – Business Development at Web Synergies – a Yokogawa company, marking a significant milestone in his 11-year journey with the organization. In his new role, he will continue to lead strategic growth initiatives, expand global client portfolios, and strengthen the company’s presence in key markets. He has been instrumental in driving digital transformation-led engagements, building long-term customer partnerships, and delivering value-driven outcomes across sectors.
In his current organization, Web Synergies, Dr. Sagar has progressed through multiple leadership roles since joining in 2014. He led the Outsourcing and Professional Services portfolio in India, scaled new logo acquisitions, managed enterprise hiring needs, and played a pivotal role in shaping Industry 4.0 and IIoT enablement programs for marquee customers. He also initiated campus recruitment and incubation programs with universities, building a sustained talent pipeline aligned to digital transformation needs.
Prior to Web Synergies, he served at Vignan University in Corporate Relations, overseeing training, placement, and industry-partnership programs for engineering and management streams. His work involved organizational learning initiatives, internship coordination, and employer engagement, significantly contributing to institutional industry alignment.
Before that, he led business development, talent enablement, and employability initiatives at Intellect League, where he implemented recruitment and training models across LPO, IT, BPO, and KPO sectors. He also conceptualized and executed Train2Hire programs to develop employable graduate talent aligned to industry needs.
Earlier in his career, he held roles at TMI Network and Quest Consulting Services, where he managed national employability programs, end-to-end talent acquisition, and high-volume recruitment for tier-I technology clients. His foundational experience across consulting, education, and enterprise solutions shaped his customer-first and value-centric leadership approach.
