Houston, Texas, United States, November 2025 — Manish Kumar Agrawal has joined Office Solution AI Labs as the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, where he will lead global strategy, scale enterprise collaborations, and accelerate the adoption of the company’s portfolio of six GenAI-powered products across international markets. With over 19 years of leadership experience across consulting and digital transformation, he is known for enabling large organizations to drive AI-led productivity, operating model redesign, and sustainable transformation outcomes.
In his current organization, Office Solution AI Labs, Manish will focus on positioning the company’s AI-first workflow platforms as strategic enablers for enterprise innovation. His charter includes expanding market presence, strengthening C-Suite relationships, building long-term commercial partnerships, and deepening product integration across global use cases. He views the company’s AI solutions as addressing a USD 400 billion addressable market as enterprises transition to intelligent automation ecosystems.
Prior to this, Manish served as Data & Analytics Leader at PwC, where he led consulting engagements across FMCG and industrial sectors, managed product development lifecycles, and mentored cross-functional teams to deliver GenAI-enabled insights and decision systems. He also drove net revenue management and built R&D lab capabilities to support enterprise-scale technology transformation.
Before joining PwC, he spent time at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Project Lead, guiding senior business and technology leaders across strategy design, analytical solutioning, and digital enablement. His work was deeply focused on designing transformation roadmaps that align business priorities with measurable operational outcomes.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Ameriprise Financial, Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, McKinsey & Company, and Agilent Technologies, where he developed strong foundations in analytics, data architecture, and enterprise productivity tool development. This blend of consulting expertise and hands-on execution shapes his ability to drive actionable strategy and measurable organizational value.
Alongside his corporate career, Manish serves as Managing Trustee at Narayan Das Trust, overseeing governance and strategic advancement of heritage temples and properties in Mathura. His approach to purpose-driven leadership complements his focus on building AI organizations rooted in responsibility, scale, and long-term value.
