Jerrell Moore brings a wealth of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion to his new role at Cadence Bank. Prior to this, Moore served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at the bank since April 2023. His earlier roles include Head of Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging for Google Cloud Technology, and Global Head of Inclusion at Google, where he supported the company’s 40,000 employees involved in Employee Resource Groups and Leadership Councils.

Before his tenure at Google, Moore was the Vice President and Head of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Assurant, where he collaborated closely with the CEO and management committee to enhance workplace diversity. His career also includes significant roles at major organizations such as Deloitte Consulting, Time Warner Cable (now Spectrum), and Burger King Corporation, where he led diverse teams and implemented strategic diversity initiatives.

Overall, Jerrell Moore’s career spans over two decades of leadership in human resources, diversity, and corporate social responsibility, with a focused expertise in creating inclusive work environments that foster organizational growth and employee engagement.
