Nupur Shrivastava Appointed as HR Leader- Asia Pacific at Intel Corporation

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2025 – Nupur Shrivastava has stepped into the role of HR Leader- Asia Pacific at Intel Corporation, marking a major milestone in her distinguished HR leadership journey. In this new position, Nupur is responsible for leading the human resources function for the Asia Pacific region, shaping talent strategies, workforce transformation, and culture initiatives across one of Intel’s most dynamic markets.

Before this appointment, Nupur served as Senior Director, Talent Planning & Acquisition – APAC at Intel, where she led talent acquisition and planning efforts across the region for over three years. Her strategic focus on acquiring top talent and mentoring diverse teams helped Intel strengthen its employer brand and talent pipeline throughout Asia Pacific.

Prior to this, she held leadership roles as Director, Talent Acquisition | D&I Mentor and Director, Business HR | D&I Leader at Intel, where she championed diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and played a pivotal role in driving business-aligned HR strategies. Her expertise in developing inclusive talent programs and fostering organizational growth positioned her as a key HR leader within the company.

Earlier in her career, Nupur was the Global Lead – Diversity & Inclusion and India HR Head at Arm, designing and delivering global D&I strategies, and later serving as Country HR Head, where she drove people strategy and organizational transformation in India. Her foundational years in HR included impactful roles with Nokia as HR Manager, Honeywell Technologies as HR Business Partner, and leadership stints at Harita TVS Technologies and Titan Industries.

Nupur’s career is defined by her ability to lead large, cross-cultural teams, drive strategic change, and build high-performing HR organizations for some of the world’s most respected technology brands.
