Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, August 2024 – Jerry Wang has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Mitsui & Co. (Australia) Ltd. Jerry expressed gratitude for the support received and looks forward to leading a talented team in this new capacity.
Jerry Wang has been with Mitsui & Co. (Australia) Ltd. for 1 year and 6 months, previously serving as HR Manager. In this role, he demonstrated proficiency in workplace relations, social influence, and various other HR skills.
Before joining Mitsui, Jerry worked at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen as a People Experience Business Partner for VIC & WA, where he contributed to enhancing workplace relations and employee experience.
Jerry also served as HR Manager at MUJI Retail (Australia) Pty Ltd., where he was responsible for managing HR functions and ensuring effective employee relations.
Earlier in his career, Jerry held multiple roles at Mitsui & Co. (Australia) Ltd., including HR Advisor, HR Officer, and Payroll & HR Administration Officer. His extensive experience within the company has equipped him with a deep understanding of its operations and culture.
