Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, June 2024 – Jess Simon joined Renuity as Chief People Officer. With a wealth of experience in HR leadership and strategic people management, Jess is poised to drive Renuity’s human resources initiatives to new heights.
Jess joins Renuity after serving as the Chief People Officer at RVO Health from June 2022 to June 2024. During her tenure, she played a crucial role in shaping the company’s HR strategies and enhancing employee engagement across the organization.
Prior to her role at RVO Health, Jess held several key positions at Red Ventures. She was the VP and Head of People, Red Ventures Health from January 2021 to June 2022, and before that, she served as Human Capital Director from June 2020 to January 2021. In these roles, she was instrumental in leading HR transformations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Jess also has extensive experience with Capital One, where she worked for over eight years. Her roles included Director, HR Consulting – Technology & Chicago Site Lead from July 2018 to June 2020, Senior HR Consultant – Card & Small Business Technology from April 2017 to July 2018, US Card Diversity and Inclusion Lead from August 2015 to April 2017, and External and Community Affairs Lead – Northeast Region from April 2012 to August 2015. At Capital One, Jess led initiatives to build a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture, making significant strides in achieving diversity and inclusion goals.
Earlier in her career, Jess worked at Per Scholas for over five years, where she held various roles including Vice President, Expansion, People and Strategy, Chief of Staff & Talent Strategy Lead, and Communications and Development Manager. Her contributions were pivotal in driving organizational growth and talent strategy.
Jess began her career as a Teacher with Teach For America in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, demonstrating her commitment to education and community development.
