San Francisco, California, United States, August 2025 — Jesse Franklin has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at Incode, where he will oversee financial strategy, capital allocation, and growth planning as the company scales its AI-driven identity verification platform globally.
Franklin has been with Incode for nearly five years and most recently served as EVP Finance and Special Projects, where he led mission-critical initiatives across finance, operations, and enterprise expansion. Prior to that, he was SVP US and Canada, playing a key role in driving regional growth and enterprise partnerships as Incode broadened its client footprint across sectors.
Earlier, Franklin held influential board roles at ModelLand, Ministry of Supply, and as a board observer at b8ta, bringing strategic insight to growth-stage consumer and tech ventures. His industry experience deepened during his tenure at Macerich, where he was VP, Investments and Innovation, leading investments in retail technologies and co-founding the Fifth Wall Retail Fund.
Previously, he co-founded and scaled two ventures: NimbleRx, a same-day prescription delivery platform, and American Efficient, a consumer clean energy platform. He began his finance career in investment and private equity roles at Linzor Capital, Citigroup, and GBM, where he gained cross-border deal and capital markets experience.
Franklin holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he also contributed to go-to-market strategies at a tech venture later acquired by Workday.
