New York, United States, February 2026 — Jessica Holscott has taken on an expanded mandate at Nielsen, now serving as CFO & Head of Corporate Development in addition to her role as Chief Financial Officer.
As the media ecosystem accelerates at an unprecedented pace, Jessica will lead corporate development initiatives to identify new avenues for growth, innovation, and strategic expansion—strengthening Nielsen’s position as a global leader in media intelligence and audience analytics.
Since joining Nielsen as Chief Financial Officer, Jessica has been responsible for steering financial strategy, capital allocation, and operational performance. Her expanded role as Head of Corporate Development reflects the organization’s confidence in her ability to guide strategic investments, partnerships, and long-term value creation.
Prior to Nielsen, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Spotter, where she led financial operations during a period of growth in the creator economy and digital media landscape.
Earlier, Jessica held senior executive leadership roles at WarnerMedia, including EVP & CFO Warner Bros and Networks and EVP & CFO Warner Media Entertainment, overseeing major entertainment brands such as HBO, HBO Max, TNT, TBS, and TruTV. She also served as Executive Vice President & CFO at HBO, driving financial performance and strategic planning across one of the world’s most recognized premium content brands.
Her career foundation was built across leadership roles in GE and GE Capital, including CFO GE Asset Management, Investor Relations leadership, FP&A, and Corporate Audit Staff—shaping a strong background in financial governance, investor strategy, and enterprise performance management.
