Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) has announced the appointment of Rachin N R as Director – Workforce Solutions, where he will lead business development across India, driving growth in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions. His appointment represents a strategic move by AGS to expand its leadership footprint in India and deliver agile, scalable workforce strategies aligned with the evolving needs of global and domestic clients.
Rachin has been with Allegis Global Solutions for nearly seven years, during which he has held several key leadership roles. Before assuming his current position, he served as Head of Operations and Recruitment Operations Director – FLEX RPO Program, managing large-scale RPO programs across BFSI, Technology, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors. His ability to build and guide high-performing teams, combined with his expertise in situational leadership, has made him a key contributor to AGS’s success in India’s competitive recruitment ecosystem.
Prior to AGS, Rachin worked with Allegis Group as Account Manager – Strategic Recruitment Program, overseeing resource delivery for major IT clients and leading recruitment coordination across multiple business units. His deep client engagement and operational planning experience helped strengthen relationships with strategic enterprise clients.
Earlier in his career, he founded and led WeRecruit Talent Pvt. Ltd., where he managed strategic recruitment and staff augmentation programs. He also served as an HR Consultant at Bangalore Plywoods, offering business-to-business HR advisory and organizational solutions.
Rachin’s professional foundation was shaped through impactful roles at TEKsystems, MeritTrac Services, and Human Resource Specialists, where he gained hands-on experience in workforce operations, client management, and executive hiring. His early exposure to large-scale talent acquisition initiatives—including campus, lateral, and global recruitment programs—established his strong understanding of India’s workforce landscape and client delivery excellence.
