Hyderabad, Telangana, India, October 2025 – GVPR Engineers Limited, a leading infrastructure company specializing in water management and engineering solutions, has announced the appointment of Manoj Kumar Mishra as its new Chief Executive Officer. With over three decades of experience in the water infrastructure sector, Manoj will lead the company’s end-to-end operations with a focus on driving operational excellence, technological innovation, and customer-centric growth. His leadership will be central to strengthening GVPR’s position as one of India’s foremost organizations in water and civil infrastructure.
Before joining GVPR Engineers Limited, Manoj Kumar Mishra served as Chief Operating Officer at JWIL Infra Limited, where he successfully led several large-scale water infrastructure projects and implemented key process improvement initiatives. His work was instrumental in enhancing project efficiency, optimizing resources, and ensuring timely execution of major government and industrial projects.
Earlier, Manoj held leadership roles at Adani Water as AVP & Head – Water Business, where he oversaw the company’s expansion and capability-building initiatives across India’s growing water infrastructure market. At Tata Projects, he served as General Manager – Projects, managing critical infrastructure developments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Before his tenure with Adani and Tata Projects, Manoj spent over eight years at L&T Construction (Water & Effluent Treatment IC), where he served in multiple leadership roles including Cluster Head for Rajasthan, Punjab, and Haryana. During this period, he led several high-value projects such as the Bisalpur–Jaipur Water Supply Project, the Ratangarh–Sujangarh Water Supply Project, and stormwater drainage and irrigation projects across multiple states. His contributions in these roles reflect his deep technical knowledge, project management acumen, and people-first leadership style.
An alumnus of the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Calicut, Manoj is also a Chartered Engineer, recognized for his ability to combine strategic foresight with ground-level operational insight. Over the years, he has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams and fostering innovation to deliver sustainable water solutions.
