Chicago, Illinois, United States, February 2026 — Mondelēz International has promoted Jessica Riley to Vice President, Human Resources – US Category, Marketing, Strategy & Transformation. In this strategic leadership role, she will support key business and functional teams at the intersection of category strategy, marketing acceleration, transformation, and enterprise capability building, strengthening alignment between people strategy and commercial growth.
With over 11 years at Mondelēz International, Jessica has built a strong track record across global HR business partnering, organizational effectiveness, agile transformation, and change leadership, supporting both digital transformation programs and core commercial functions.
In January 2026, Jessica Riley stepped into the role of Vice President, Human Resources – US Category, Marketing, Strategy & Transformation at Mondelēz International, based in Chicago, Illinois. This promotion reflects her growing leadership footprint in transformation-oriented people roles and her ability to drive impact across commercial and strategic functions.
Immediately prior, Jessica served as Senior Director People Lead, Category, Marketing Acceleration & Insights, Strategy & Transformation for around one and a half years, where she partnered with leadership teams across marketing and strategy to enable organizational performance, talent priorities, and transformation outcomes.
Before that, she held the role of Senior Director, Global Human Resources Business Partner & Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer for over three years, working closely with senior leadership on enterprise HR priorities, operating rhythms, and the execution of strategic people initiatives.
Jessica also served as Global People Lead, Mondelez Digital Services, where she supported digital teams through workforce evolution and capability growth. Earlier in her Mondelēz career, she held multiple Associate Director roles focused on enterprise transformation, including Global Organization Effectiveness Lead | Innovation and Agile Change Management, along with several global change leadership roles spanning Consumer Inspired Quality & Innovation, Mondelez Business Services, and Human Resources, reflecting a deep specialization in large-scale transformation and change enablement.
She began her journey at Mondelēz in transformation roles supporting commercial functions, including Global Change and Transformation Lead, Commercial, building strong foundations in business-led change.
Prior to joining Mondelēz International, Jessica worked with EY as a Senior Consultant – People & Organization Change, gaining consulting exposure in organizational change programs. Earlier, she was associated with Clarity Group, Inc. as a Claims and Risk Management Consultant, and began her professional journey in research, serving as a Research Assistant (Social Connectedness and Health) at The University of Arizona.
