Buffalo, New York, United States – October 2024 – Maurice Rosenberg has started his new role as Executive Director of Human Resources at Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC, one of the leading law firms in New York State. Maurice will lead HR strategies and initiatives that align with the firm’s mission and foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and innovation. In this role, he will work closely with the leadership team to enhance HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.
Before joining Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC, Maurice served as Vice President of Human Resources at Newsmax Media, Inc. for over five years. During his tenure, he played a vital role in developing HR strategies, implementing employee engagement programs, and managing talent across the organization. He also focused on optimizing the performance management cycle and retention strategies.
Prior to his time at Newsmax Media, Maurice worked as Human Resources Manager at Unified Physician Management in Boca Raton, Florida, where he managed a team of HR professionals and led the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including compliance, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
Earlier in his career, Maurice held the position of Director of Human Resources at MovieTickets.com, where he established a new HR department, implemented recruitment strategies, and facilitated employee engagement programs. He also served as Sr. Human Resources Manager at Everglades Direct, where he led employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance initiatives.
