New York, United States, July 2026 — Pfizer has appointed Manas Pandit as Senior Director, AI and Enterprise Product Management. In his new role, Manas will lead AI-driven enterprise product management initiatives, advancing Pfizer’s digital innovation agenda and leveraging artificial intelligence to accelerate business transformation and improve outcomes across the global biopharmaceutical organization.
Prior to joining Pfizer, Manas spent more than four years with Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where he most recently served as Senior Director, Business Engagement and Technology – Commercial IT. During his tenure, he led technology and commercial IT initiatives that strengthened business engagement and enabled digital transformation across the organization. He also served as Senior Director – US Patient Services, driving technology-enabled patient support strategies and enhancing digital capabilities to improve patient experiences.
Before Vertex, Manas served as Principal Director – Life Sciences at LTI – Larsen & Toubro Infotech, where he advised life sciences organizations on technology transformation initiatives. Earlier, he spent more than seven years with Cognizant as Client Partner & Director – Life Sciences, leading innovative digital programs including AI-powered intelligent search across clinical, safety, and medical affairs, software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) initiatives, and advanced analytics solutions for global pharmaceutical clients. His career also includes leadership positions at Infosys, IBM Global Business Services, and Calypso Technology, where he built deep expertise in client engagement, consulting, enterprise transformation, governance, and technology strategy.
Manas began his professional journey with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he spent nearly nine years in progressively responsible roles including Business Relationship Manager, Group Lead – SME Team, and Business Project Manager. Across more than 25 years of leadership experience, he has successfully led enterprise transformation programs spanning healthcare, life sciences, financial services, artificial intelligence, product management, digital strategy, and technology consulting.
