Boulder, Colorado, United States – October 2024 – Heather Pacaro has been appointed as Director of Human Resources at Spectra Logic, a leading provider of data storage and management solutions. In her new role, Heather will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement within the organization’s hybrid work environment.
Before joining Spectra Logic, Heather Pacaro ran Heather Pacaro Coaching, where she worked as a Leadership Coach & Fractional HR Business Partner. Over the past four years, she has empowered leaders across various industries, providing coaching and HR advisory services focused on leadership development, cultural alignment, and employee relations.
In addition, Heather served as a Senior Leadership Coach & Consultant at Keystone Partners, where she developed leadership capabilities for executives and managers. Her consulting work included short-term projects like group coaching during workforce reductions, mediation for C-suite conflicts, and development workshops.
Heather also held roles at City of Longmont, working as a Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer, where she designed programs to support individual fitness and well-being.
Earlier in her career, Heather was at DigitalGlobe, where she served as Sr. Director of HR Transformation and Sr. Director of HR Business Partnering. She played a crucial role in strategic HR initiatives, including M&A activities, workforce management, talent planning, and DE&I efforts.
