Washington DC-Baltimore Area – October 2024 – Michael H. has been appointed as Director of Human Resources Operations at Unity Health Care. In this role, Michael will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, streamlining processes, and driving HR operations to align with Unity Health Care’s mission of delivering comprehensive health services to the community.
Before joining Unity Health Care, Michael H. worked as a Contractor at ESS, a leading provider of education staffing services. In this position, he supported HR initiatives and process optimizations for nearly a year, contributing to ESS’s mission of improving education staffing solutions across the U.S.
Previously, Michael held the role of Operations & Programs Lead – HR Team at The Washington Post. During his tenure, he managed HR programs and operations, playing a crucial role in talent management, process improvements, and employee engagement within the organization’s hybrid workforce.
Michael also worked at Dataminr as Global Program Manager – People Operations Team, where he led global HR initiatives for over eight years. He played a pivotal role in implementing HR technology solutions, talent strategies, and compliance programs, contributing to Dataminr’s recognition as an innovative leader in AI-driven data insights.
Earlier in his career, Michael gained experience in news content roles at organizations like ABC News, WMAR-TV, WCPO 9 News, and Dayton Daily News, where he developed communication skills and contributed to media content production.
