Chicago, Illinois, United States, December 2025 – Jill Iscra-Long has taken on a new role as Chief People Officer at Crystal Clean, where she will spearhead a transformative people strategy designed to drive business success and profitability.
In her new role, she is responsible for aligning talent initiatives with organizational goals and partnering with executive leadership to enhance performance, productivity, and employee experience. Her approach emphasizes innovation, inclusivity, and data-driven decisions to build a resilient and future-ready HR function.
Prior to joining Crystal Clean, Jill served for over three years at TRADEBE, first as Vice President of People & Culture and later as Executive Vice President of People & Culture, where she oversaw HR, payroll, benefits, and community affairs while shaping organizational direction as part of the executive committee. She focused on integrating company values, diversity, and employee engagement into the business fabric.
Before TRADEBE, she held leadership roles at Bodycote for more than 15 years, where she was Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for HR across the Americas and Asia, and previously as Director of Human Resources and Regional HR Manager, managing M&A integration and compliance across diverse geographies.
Earlier in her career, Jill spent nearly nine years with UPS, where she began as a part-time recruiter and advanced through multiple HR roles, including Workforce Planning Supervisor and Recruiting & Employment Supervisor, gaining foundational experience in large-scale HR operations and employee relations.
