Dallas, Texas, United States, October 2024 – Caliber Collision has appointed Jim D’Amico as their new Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Jim will lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy, focusing on attracting top talent and supporting Caliber Collision’s rapid growth and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Jim D’Amico most recently served as Director of Shoreside Talent Acquisition at Holland America Group for nearly two years, where he led recruitment strategies for the organization, implementing innovative solutions to optimize talent acquisition for various business units.
Prior to his role at Holland America Group, Jim was the Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Celanese, a Fortune 400 chemical innovation and manufacturing organization, where he managed the global talent acquisition strategy. His leadership spanned six years, where he oversaw comprehensive recruitment strategies and successfully managed an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model to drive global recruitment efforts.
Jim also contributed significantly to the talent acquisition industry by serving as Board Member and Past President of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP) for over five years. He helped establish standards, ethics, and a professional community for talent acquisition experts worldwide.
Earlier in his career, Jim held the role of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Signature HealthCARE and Director of Talent Acquisition at Spectrum Health, where he was recognized for transforming talent acquisition processes and establishing actionable metrics that improved overall efficiency and performance.
