Atlanta, Georgia, United States, June 2025 – Jim Dass has taken on the role of Vice President Human Resources at Perennial Services Group, a leading collective of premium home services providers across the United States. In his new position, Jim will spearhead human capital strategies to support the organization’s continued expansion, emphasizing talent development, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation.
Jim brings with him an extensive HR leadership background spanning over two decades. Most recently, he served as Vice President Human Resources at Arch Amenities Group, where he led human capital and process systems for a rapidly scaling wellness and property management organization backed by CI Capital Partners.
Prior to that, Jim was Vice President, People, Finance and Administration at SpaSpace, where he oversaw strategic HR and administrative functions for the SaaS-based wellness technology company. His leadership was central to streamlining operations and scaling the business through a tech-enabled platform model.
Earlier, Jim held senior HR leadership positions at Ciner Group, where he led the human resources function through complex post-acquisition transitions and crisis management, including executing COVID-19 strategies and overseeing an $8M ERP migration. His strategic influence was instrumental during his tenure at both Ciner Resources and its predecessor OCI Enterprises.
Jim has also held pivotal HR roles at LANXESS, Chemtura USA Corp, and Honeywell, where he was known for delivering measurable business outcomes through talent strategy, performance management, and organizational transformation. Across his career, he has worked in globally matrixed environments, engaging with teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Jim holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Clark University, equipping him with a robust academic foundation to complement his real-world leadership.
