Cracow, Małopolskie, Poland, June 2025 – Joanna Bilewicz has joined Comarch as Chief People Officer, bringing with her over two decades of strategic HR and organizational transformation experience. In her new role, Joanna will lead the company’s global people agenda, oversee talent management and organizational development, and play a pivotal role in further strengthening Comarch’s culture as it continues its international growth.
Prior to joining Comarch, Joanna spent nearly 21 years at Electrolux Group in a series of progressive HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Global VP People Transformation and Strategy, where she spearheaded people strategy and transformation projects, focusing on employee experience and HR function growth. Before that, Joanna was VP HR & Communication for Electrolux APAC & MEA, partnering closely with regional business leaders to drive the growth agenda and lead global HR transformation projects, with an emphasis on talent development and business partnership.
Earlier, Joanna held regional and global roles at Electrolux, including Talent Acquisition Head for Europe & MEA and HR Business Partner Finance & HR Europe & MEA. In these capacities, she managed large recruitment teams, led significant restructurings, implemented competency frameworks, and launched employer branding initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She also supported R&D and product teams as an HR Business Partner, focusing on talent strategies, project management academies, and optimizing employment programs for innovation centers in Italy and Poland.
Joanna began her HR career as an HR Specialist for R&D and Product Business Managers Europe, contributing to talent management and employer branding with a particular focus on technical universities in Poland. She is a graduate of AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, aligning perfectly with Comarch’s roots and values.
