San Diego County, California, United States, January 2026 — Joe Hirlinger has started a new chapter as Managing Vice President – Technology Recruiting at Sayva Solutions, where he will lead the firm’s national technology hiring strategy, delivery excellence and scalable recruiting operations supporting high-growth consulting and transformation programs across client organizations.
In his current appointment at Sayva Solutions, Joe brings strong leadership experience in enterprise technology recruiting and professional services delivery. Prior to assuming the Managing Vice President mandate, he served as Director of Technology Recruiting, where he built high-performance recruiting teams, strengthened delivery models and expanded client partnerships across consulting, interim and permanent hiring programs.
Alongside his corporate leadership, Joe also contributes as a Board Member and Strategic Advisor at TFA Consulting LLC, supporting advisory initiatives across technology transformation and workforce strategy.
Earlier in his career, Joe held senior recruiting and business partnership leadership roles at Signature Consultants, where he led multi-location IT recruiting operations for Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients and earned repeated President’s Club recognition for performance excellence.
He further developed his enterprise recruiting expertise through leadership roles at Harvey Nash and KellyMitchell Group, building deep capabilities in large-scale IT hiring, account management and delivery governance.
