Gothenburg, Västra Götaland County, Sweden, February 2026 — Johanna Gustafsson has been promoted to People Operations & Talent Lead at Trialbee, reflecting her growing leadership role in strengthening people operations, talent strategy, and organizational culture as the company scales. In this position, she will lead key initiatives across people operations and talent, supporting Trialbee’s mission-driven growth in the patient recruitment technology ecosystem.
In February 2025, Johanna Gustafsson stepped into her current role at Trialbee as People Operations & Talent Lead, based in Gothenburg, Sweden (remote). This promotion highlights her expanding responsibility in shaping the company’s people systems, talent agenda, and employee experience priorities as Trialbee continues to evolve and strengthen its capabilities.
Prior to joining Trialbee, Johanna worked for about one year at NOVO Energy as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Gothenburg. In this role, she supported building a diverse and high-performing talent pipeline for the battery industry, leading end-to-end recruitment in close collaboration with hiring managers. She also spearheaded Employer Branding initiatives both strategically and operationally, positioning NOVO Energy as an employer of choice through proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and a data-driven, candidate-first recruitment approach.
Earlier, she spent nearly four years at GetAccept, progressing through roles including People & Culture Coordinator and later People Generalist & Talent Partner. Based in Malmö, she supported the organization globally alongside the People & Culture team, contributing across talent acquisition and development, diversity and inclusion strategy, employee experience and wellbeing, work environment and legislation, onboarding and mentorship programs, knowledge management, and internal culture and communication.
Before GetAccept, Johanna worked close to three years at TNG, first as a Talent Researcher and later as a Business Recruiter, gaining hands-on recruitment expertise across sourcing, talent identification, and hiring support. Early in her career, she also worked as an HR Assistant at Lunicore Student Consulting, providing broad HR administrative support and focusing on recruitment of consultants in IT, management, and communication.
