With a solid background spanning more than two decades in strategic human resource roles, Edwards is well-prepared to lead HR initiatives at this pivotal time for Sparus, a leader in business outsourcing services.
In his new role, Edwards will be responsible for overseeing and executing the human resources strategy to support the organization’s expansive portfolio across North America.
Before joining Sparus Holdings, Edwards had a significant impact as Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas at Interface, where he managed HR functions contributing to 60% of the company’s revenues. His tenure at Ronald Blue Trust as Senior Director of Human Resources involved pivotal HR due diligence and was instrumental through the firm’s acquisition process by Thrivent Financial.
Edwards’ extensive experience also includes strategic HR roles at GE, where he served in various capacities such as the Senior Organizational and Talent Development Leader and HR Director for multiple GE businesses, which sharpened his expertise in organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
