Montreal, Quebec, Canada, August 2024 – Jonathan Gervais has taken on the new role of Chief People & Delivery Officer at WorkAxle, marking a significant advancement in his career. In this role, Jonathan will lead the company’s people, culture, and customer delivery strategies, ensuring that customers fully harness the value of WorkAxle’s innovative workforce management solutions.
Jonathan has been with WorkAxle for over two years, where he previously served as the Chief Operations Officer. In this capacity, he optimized workforce effectiveness through an innovative workforce management solution that leverages blockchain and AI technologies. His leadership was instrumental in driving the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
Before joining WorkAxle, Jonathan served as the Chief Operations Officer (Advisor) at Talsom, where he played a key role in strengthening and organizing operations to support the company’s expansion.
Jonathan also spent over 11 years at Rizing, where he held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President – Business Transformation and CEO’s Chief of Staff. During his tenure, he led a portfolio of strategic business transformation initiatives and oversaw the professional services practices in North America.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan worked as an IT Project Manager at Bombardier, where he led global transformation programs and IT continuous improvement projects, contributing to the company’s success on an international scale.
