Patrick has been with Moody’s Corporation for over three years, most recently serving as the Chief Learning Officer, Head of Global Attraction. In this role, he was instrumental in leading global learning and talent attraction efforts, significantly enhancing the company’s ability to develop and retain its workforce.
Before his tenure at Moody’s, Patrick held key leadership positions at XPO Logistics, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Talent Development, where he oversaw global learning and development strategies for over 100,000 employees. His work was pivotal in implementing digital learning solutions and enhancing organizational performance.
Earlier in his career, Patrick served as the Chief Learning Officer at Bechtel Corporation, where he aligned learning and talent initiatives with the company’s global business strategy. His efforts in this role contributed to significant operational efficiencies and the successful development of a comprehensive onboarding and professional development program.
