Columbus, Ohio, USA, July 2024 – Jonathan Walker is starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Equitas Health. With extensive experience in human resources and a strong commitment to community healthcare, Jonathan will lead HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization’s mission and growth.
Jonathan Walker has been with Equitas Health for approximately 3 years and 9 months. In his new role as Chief Human Resources Officer, he will oversee HR operations, employee relations, and strategic planning. Prior to this, Jonathan served as Senior Director of Human Resources for about 9 months, where he managed HR functions and contributed to leadership initiatives.
Before becoming Senior Director, Jonathan was part of the Leadership Council at Equitas Health for approximately 10 months, and served as Associate Director of Human Resources for about 1 year and 5 months. He also held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager for around 5 months and Human Resources Generalist for approximately 9 months.
Jonathan’s earlier career includes roles at Nationwide as Executive Recruiting for about 2 years and 8 months, and Claims Specialist, Centralized Property for around 1 year and 11 months. He also served as Human Resources Consultant at Monarch Hospitality Management for approximately 4 years, and Reporting & Payroll Analyst at IntelliSource for about 1 year and 5 months.
Jonathan began his career with various roles, including Student Research Assistant at The Ohio State University, Leasing Consultant at Roger C. Perry and Co., Director of Human Resources at Holiday Inn Bordeaux, and Personal Banker at Fifth Third Bank.
