Josh Bruketta Steps Up as Sr. Director HR Business Partner at Asurion

Josh Bruketta brings a rich tapestry of HR leadership and strategic planning experience to his new role at Asurion’s Global Headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee. In this pivotal position, Bruketta will be overseeing HR support for approximately 12,000 employees distributed across Asurion’s HUB and Field locations in North & South America and the Philippines. His leadership will encompass directing a team of 18 HR professionals and providing direct business partner support for the Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions.

Prior to his new appointment, Bruketta demonstrated exceptional capabilities as the Vice President of People for North America at Dawn Foods Global. During his tenure, he played a critical role in aligning the North American commercial and HR organizations with Dawn’s strategic business goals, contributing to record earnings and a significant reduction in turnover rates. His strategic HR initiatives also led to the successful consolidation of a manufacturing location, executed with zero turnover from announcement to site closure.

Before joining Dawn Foods Global, Bruketta served as the Director of People for Distribution, Commercial, and Home Office sectors, managing strategic and tactical HR efforts to support Dawn’s North American operations. His tenure at Crown Bakeries as the Vice President of Human Resources highlighted his ability to lead successful HR functions, showcasing notable achievements in benefits management, employee handbook revisions, and staffing strategies to accommodate rapid business growth.

Bruketta’s extensive background also includes significant roles at PepsiCo, where he led HR functions across multiple markets, and early career experiences at Caterpillar Inc., where he gained foundational skills in labor relations, HR generalist support, and talent management.
