Birmingham, Alabama, April 2024 — The Ōnin Group, a distinguished player in the North American staffing sector, is pleased to announce the appointment of Josh Gluskin as its new Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). With over a decade of strategic and operational leadership within the staffing industry, Gluskin is set to steer Ōnin towards new heights of strategic development and market expansion.
In this role, Gluskin will oversee the strategic direction of the company, ensuring the integration and alignment of major strategic initiatives across all business units. He will also work closely with other C-level executives to propel the company’s sustained growth.
Prior to his current role, Gluskin served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth at The Ōnin Group, a position he held since January 2023. Here, he was instrumental in defining and executing business strategies that significantly contributed to the company’s robust growth trajectory. His efforts were pivotal in reinforcing Ōnin’s position as a leading force in the industrial staffing arena in the U.S.
Earlier, Gluskin was the Vice President of Field Sales, where he led substantial growth initiatives that repeatedly placed the company on the Inc. 5000 list. Under his leadership, the company not only expanded its geographic footprint but also enhanced its service offerings across the staffing spectrum.
Gluskin’s early career includes impactful tenures at renowned firms where he held various leadership roles, driving strategic expansions and operational efficiencies that consistently exceeded corporate objectives.
