Portsmouth, England, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Joshua Saunders has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Lead Forensics, marking a new milestone in his career. In this role, he will focus on leading people strategy, talent management, and employee engagement while aligning the HR, Learning & Development, and recruitment functions with the company’s broader business objectives.
Joshua Saunders has been with Lead Forensics for approximately one year, most recently serving as Director of People Operations before his promotion. During this time, he led HRIS implementation, employee experience workshops, and strategic HR model enhancements to align the company’s people strategy with business goals.

Prior to joining Lead Forensics, he was the Director of People Operations at InfoSum, where he focused on strategic HR delivery, talent acquisition, and employee retention strategies. His accomplishments included reducing hiring costs and implementing a rewards system based on market insights.
Earlier, Joshua served as the Director of Talent Acquisition, Global at InfoSum, overseeing recruitment strategy and employer branding, and as a Recruitment & Talent Business Partner at The AA, managing contract recruitment across various departments. His career also includes HR leadership roles at Deerfoot Recruitment Solutions and Davies Johnson & Co.
