Lagos, May 2024 – Aha! is excited to announce the appointment of Joy Chima Nwagu as the new Head of Human Capital. With over 15 years of experience in human resources and customer service management, Joy will lead the company’s human capital strategy and drive the growth of Aha!’s organizational culture.
Before joining Aha!, Joy served as Human Resource and Admin Manager at Yimei Group for over three years, where she oversaw HR strategy and administrative functions. Prior to that, she held the role of General Services Manager (Admin & HR) at Dillionshipping and Resources Limited, where she streamlined HR processes and improved administrative operations. Joy also made significant contributions at Dana Airlines Ltd as Sales and Customer Service Manager, where she played a pivotal role in customer satisfaction and corporate sales strategy.
Earlier in her career, Joy worked at PZ Cussons as Customer Services Manager and served in various positions at Dana Airlines Ltd, including Assistant Manager Corporate Sales and Corporate Sales Supervisor. Her expertise spans human resources management, customer service, and corporate sales.
Joy’s career journey also includes roles at VFS/DSL, where she worked as Customer Service Specialist, demonstrating her wide-ranging experience in customer relations and operational management.
In her new role, Joy will focus on nurturing Aha!’s human resources to create a thriving, innovative, and inclusive workplace culture.
