Benton Harbor, Michigan, United States, June 2025 – Whirlpool Corporation has announced the appointment of Judith K. Buckner, President of Reynolds Cooking & Baking, to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. In her new capacity, Buckner will serve on the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and the Human Resources Committee, contributing her extensive leadership experience in the consumer products industry.

Buckner brings over two decades of experience at Reynolds Consumer Products, Inc., having held progressively senior leadership roles. She currently serves as President of Reynolds Cooking & Baking, a role she assumed in 2022. Her prior leadership positions include President of Presto Products, SVP of Business Transformation, and VP of Operations and Engineering for Hefty Waste and Food Bags. She began her career at Reynolds in 2000 as an Engineering Manager, showcasing a remarkable journey of growth and contribution in operations, manufacturing, and transformation initiatives.
A graduate of Purdue University, Buckner holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, bringing a strong technical and strategic mindset to her new board role at Whirlpool Corporation.
