In her new role, Julia will partner with R&D organizations, playing a critical role in developing talent strategies, driving employee engagement, and supporting leadership teams to align with the company’s strategic goals.
Julia Tabery brings over 20 years of experience in human resources and people management. Before joining Cohesity, she served as Human Resources Director, Platform at Splunk for more than three years. In this role, Julia focused on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering employee engagement, and leading organizational change initiatives.
Prior to her time at Splunk, Julia held leadership roles at Analog Devices, where she served as Human Resources Director for the Customer Organization and Power division. During her tenure, she was instrumental in talent acquisition, organizational development, and enhancing employee experiences across various teams.
Julia’s earlier career includes significant contributions at [24]7.ai, where she worked as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, supporting global teams and driving leadership development initiatives. Additionally, she held HR leadership positions at companies such as OSRAM, Marvell Technology, and AMD, where she gained extensive experience in employee relations, performance management, and strategic HR partnerships.
