Remote, United States, August 2024 – Juliana Marchei has been promoted to the position of Director, Talent Acquisition at Foundation Partners Group (FPG). In her new role, Juliana will be responsible for leading and optimizing the company’s talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across the organization, ensuring FPG continues to provide exceptional service to the families they serve.
Juliana has been with Foundation Partners Group for over three years, during which she has taken on progressively more significant roles. Prior to her current position, she served as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager, where she played a crucial role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Her leadership in sourcing, talent management, and corporate recruiting has been instrumental in driving FPG’s talent initiatives.
Before joining Foundation Partners Group, Juliana was a Regional HR Generalist at Everstory Partners (formerly StoneMor Inc.), where she managed employee relations and talent acquisition across multiple regions during a critical time of company restructuring. Juliana was responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts for a diverse range of roles, managing up to 40 job openings at a time. Her expertise in employee relations and talent acquisition contributed to minimizing complaints and improving managerial effectiveness in the Northeast region.
Earlier in her career, Juliana served as a Human Resources Manager at MedArbor Diagnostics. In this role, she established and grew the HR function in a small, yet rapidly growing company. Juliana’s efforts in policy development, performance review system creation, and benefits administration were pivotal in supporting the business’s overall growth and operational efficiency.
