Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, March 2026 — Justin Angsuwat has started his new role as Chief People & Customer Engagement Officer at Culture Amp, expanding his leadership mandate within the global employee experience platform.
In this newly elevated role at Culture Amp, Justin leads the company’s people experience as “Customer Zero,” serving as a living blueprint for innovating what modern work can look like. He bridges Culture Amp’s 1.5 billion workplace data points and people science insights with the lived realities of hundreds of global customers, helping shape products that enable millions of employees worldwide to do their best work.
Prior to this appointment, Justin served as Chief People Officer at Culture Amp from 2023 to March 2026 and has been a Board Observer since 2021, playing a pivotal role in scaling the organization and strengthening its global people strategy.
Earlier, he held dual leadership roles at Blackbird as Executive in Residence and Chief People Officer & Operating Principal, supporting founders and portfolio companies in building high-performance cultures. He also served as Chief People Officer at Thumbtack, where he led a global team of 100 across HR, recruiting, people analytics, and workplace experience as the company scaled from 350 to 1,000 employees. During his tenure, Thumbtack earned recognition on Fortune and Fast Company lists, including Fortune 100 Best Places to Work and World’s Most Innovative Companies.
Justin previously spent over four years at Google, where he served as Head of HR for Sales & Go-To-Market, partnering with senior leadership overseeing 10,000+ employees across 50+ countries. His earlier experience includes advisory roles with CapitalG and multiple high-growth startups, leadership at PwC Consulting’s People & Organization practice, and strategic HR leadership at Telstra during one of its largest global transformations.
