Palo Alto, California, United States, January 2025 – Justin Kroll has joined Array Labs as the Chief Business Officer (CBO), bringing extensive expertise in strategic leadership, business development, and technology innovation to the company. In this role, Justin will spearhead the company’s business operations and partnerships, driving growth and advancing Array Labs’ mission to revolutionize 3D earth observation technology.
Justin’s journey with Array Labs began in September 2024, when he served as an Advisor, offering strategic insights and guidance. His contributions during this time laid the foundation for his transition to the Chief Business Officer role.

Before Array Labs, Justin held the position of Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise Growth at Maxar Technologies for over a year. There, he led initiatives in advanced space technology, geospatial analytics, and satellite imagery, contributing significantly to the company’s $6.4 billion acquisition by private equity.
Prior to Maxar, Justin spent over 14 years at Google, where he served as the Head of Geo Imagery and Auto Product Partnerships. In this capacity, he developed strategies for key Google products such as Google Maps, focusing on satellite imagery, automotive integrations, and crisis response technologies. His tenure at Google included impactful roles like Geo Product Partnerships Manager and Sales Strategy Manager for Adsense, where he drove innovation and strategic growth.
Earlier in his career, Justin held leadership positions at Yahoo!, Triscend, and Compaq Computer Corporation, where he honed his skills in business development, sales strategy, and technical leadership.
