Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 2026 — PI Industries Ltd., one of India’s leading Agrisciences and Fine Chemical companies, has appointed Kamali Rajesh as its Global Chief People Officer (GCPO). Based in Dubai, Kamali will lead the organisation’s global people strategy, strengthening leadership capability, talent architecture, and culture transformation as PI Industries accelerates its growth journey across markets and chemistry platforms.
With nearly 30 years of global HR leadership experience, Kamali brings deep expertise across agriculture, automotive, manufacturing, and consumer goods, with a proven track record of scaling global people systems, strengthening organizational capability, and driving leadership and organization development across multi-country environments. Her appointment reflects PI Industries’ commitment to building a future-ready workforce aligned with business transformation, R&D-driven innovation, and global expansion.
In her new role, Kamali will focus on shaping the company’s global talent agenda, strengthening people governance, driving culture and leadership interventions, and building robust HR systems that support PI’s evolving business model — spanning innovative farm solutions as well as strategic global partnerships across custom synthesis, manufacturing, co-marketing and distribution.
Before joining PI Industries, Kamali spent over eight years at Syngenta, where she held multiple senior HR leadership roles including Global Head – People and Organisation Development, Head of Human Resources APAC, and Head – HR ASEAN. In these roles, she led key initiatives across organization development, leadership capability building, and talent transformation across diverse high-growth markets in Asia and global hubs.
Prior to Syngenta, Kamali built a strong leadership legacy at Ford Motor Company, serving in multiple senior roles across Asia Pacific and Africa. She worked as Director – HRBO (Manufacturing & IT) as well as Director – Human Resources (Learning & Development and HRBO), and later as Director – Talent Recruitment, Learning and Organisational Development, Asia Pacific & Africa. Across these assignments, she supported complex multi-country operations, large manufacturing workforces, and enterprise-wide capability programs, strengthening Ford’s HR leadership in highly competitive and operationally complex environments.
Earlier in her career, Kamali worked with PepsiCo as a Human Resources Executive, and began her HR journey with Vibormech Engineering, building strong foundations in core HR operations, people management, and workforce leadership.
