Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2025 — Kannan KCS has joined Quess Corp Limited as CBO – Business Head, Manufacturing & Industrials, marking a significant milestone in his career. With over two decades of cross-industry experience across India, Sri Lanka, and the UK, he brings expertise in business strategy, operations leadership, and skill development. In his new role, he will define and execute the long-term vision for the Manufacturing & Industrials vertical, focusing on scalability, profitability, and operational excellence.
Prior to this, Kannan served as Chief Operating Officer at Yashaswi Group, where he led a 200+ member team and delivered substantial improvements in efficiency, productivity, and revenue. He also played a key leadership role at Yashaswi Academy for Skills, where he spearheaded business development, CSR programs, and skill initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he worked at LabourNet Services India Pvt. Ltd., managing large-scale skill development projects, CSR initiatives, and training centers across India. He also held senior leadership positions at Amaaze Aviation Academy Pvt. Ltd. and AHA Air Hostess Academy Pvt. Ltd., driving business development, operations, and government-led skilling projects.
Kannan is recognized for his deep expertise in staffing, apprenticeship programs such as NAPS and NATS, CSR initiatives, and workforce transformation. His leadership style combines innovation with execution, aligning strategy with operational excellence to deliver sustainable growth.
At Quess Corp Limited, he will be responsible for strengthening market positioning, building high-performing teams, and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure governance, compliance, and customer-centric growth in the Manufacturing & Industrials vertical.
