Karan Yadav brings with him a proven track record in high-volume hiring, employer branding, and global recruitment leadership. Most recently, he served as Vice President – Talent Acquisition at Wells Fargo, where he led hiring initiatives for India and contributed to global workforce planning. Before that, he held key roles including Talent Acquisition Leader for Asia & MEA at Nokia, Head – Talent Acquisition APAC at SOTI, and Regional Head – Talent Acquisition at ZS Associates. Earlier in his career, he played a pivotal role at Wipro, driving recruitment across North America and India, and began his professional journey at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. managing diverse verticals and global accounts.
Across his leadership roles, Karan has consistently driven organizational growth through talent excellence, aligning recruitment strategies with long-term business goals. His understanding of the evolving hiring landscape, coupled with strong execution capabilities, will be instrumental in expanding AXA XL’s reach in emerging and established talent markets.
Karan Yadav holds an Executive MBA in HR & Marketing from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Postgraduate Certification in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, bringing a solid academic foundation to his professional journey.
