Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, November 2024 – MaheshBoopathy S has joined MulticoreWare Inc as the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this new role, he will spearhead the company’s recruitment efforts, leveraging his extensive experience in talent acquisition to support MulticoreWare’s strategic growth across its diverse technological solutions and services.
Before joining MulticoreWare, MaheshBoopathy served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Mitsogo, where he successfully led recruitment strategies to scale the company’s operations for over a year. His leadership was instrumental in attracting top-tier talent to drive innovation and organizational excellence.
Prior to Mitsogo, MaheshBoopathy held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Striim, a startup backed by Goldman Sachs and Intel. During his tenure, he played a critical role in hiring for engineering and leadership roles, supporting Striim’s mission to revolutionize cloud data transformation.
His earlier career includes a nearly five-year tenure at athenahealth, where he advanced from Assistant Manager to Manager of Talent Acquisition. In these roles, he led large-scale hiring initiatives and developed recruitment strategies tailored to the healthcare technology sector.
MaheshBoopathy also brings valuable experience from his roles at Microchip Technology, Cisco, Capgemini, and Standard Chartered Bank, where he built expertise in technical recruitment and staffing for global enterprises.
